This Shipping Policy details our order processing times, shipping methods, packaging standards, and tracking protocols.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST (excluding federal holidays) are processed and dispatched on the same business day.

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

  • Order Verification: To maintain safety and regulatory compliance, select orders may require age or facility verification prior to dispatch. In such cases, processing times begin once verification is completed.

2. Domestic Shipping Options & Transit Times

We offer fast domestic shipping across the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii using major carrier networks (USPS, UPS, FedEx):

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Overnight Express: Next business day delivery (where carrier coverage permits).

Note: Transit times are estimated from the point of carrier pickup and may vary due to weather events, regional carrier delays, or holiday volumes.

3. Shipping Rates & Bulk Order Thresholds

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected speed.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard domestic shipping on qualified order thresholds (displayed at checkout or on special promotional banners).

4. Discreet & Secure Temperature-Controlled Packaging

  • Protective Packaging: All lyophilized peptides and research compounds are packed in durable, padded, and discreet mailers or boxes to protect product integrity and vial structure during transit.

  • Discreet Labeling: Outer packaging displays minimal shipping information to ensure confidentiality and secure delivery to your laboratory or facility.

  • Temperature Stability: Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides remain stable at ambient temperatures during standard shipping transit times. Upon receipt, store compounds according to the recommended storage instructions (-20°C for long-term stability).

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking Information: As soon as your order is packed and a shipping label is generated, an automated notification with your carrier tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Tracking Status Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking links to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Buyer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for entering accurate, deliverable shipping addresses at checkout.

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact support immediately through our Contact page before 2:00 PM EST. Once an order has been dispatched or handed to the carrier, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address supplied by the customer, re-shipping fees will apply.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged or vials are compromised, please notify us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged outer box and product vials for swift replacement processing.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If carrier tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please submit an inquiry via our Contact page so our logistics team can open a trace with the shipping carrier.

  • Stolen Shipments: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. We recommend shipping to secure laboratory receiving areas or PO Boxes.
